Instructions:
(1) 12 V connector:
To connect the power supply to PP500, use the 12 V connector. Connecting the
power supply to the grid automatically activates PP500. To disconnect
the unit from the mains, pull out the plug of the main cable.
(2) LED ON:
As soon as the unit is connected to the mains, the ON LED lights up.
(3) INPUT connectors (L and R):
To send a turntable signal to the PP500, you need an RCA (stereo) audio cable. Use this
cable for connection:
the left output on the turntable to L (left) INPUT on the PP500
the right output on the turntable to R (right) INPUT on the PP500
The PP500 can output a line-level signal via one of the following connectors:
RCA ((4) OUTPUT L and R)
¼"TRS ((5) OUTPUT)
Do not use both PP500 OUTPUTS at the same time.
(4) OUTPUT connectors (L and R):
To use these RCA connectors, an RCA (stereo) audio cable is required. Use this audio
cable for connection:
L (left) OUTPUT on the PP500 to the left on the amplifier,
recording unit or mixer. (On a mixer, use a CD or TAPE input).
R (right) OUTPUT on the PP500 to the right input on the amplifier,
recording unit or mixer
(5) OUTPUT connector:
An audio cable is required to use this ¼ ", TRS (stereo) connector. Use the audio cable
to connect the PP500 OUTPUT to an input on the mixer, amplifier, or recording unit.
One end of this audio cable must include a ¼ " TRS connector. If the input on the mixer,
amplifier or recording unit is:
stereo, the other end of the audio cable must include a ¼ " TRS connector.
mono, the other end of the audio cable must include 2 TS connectors
(one for each mono input)
