Product Return Procedures
A) Product under Warranty
The product must be returned to the following address: Business Destination srl Corso Europa snc (at the online store) 95014 Giarre (CT).
It must be accompanied by a valid delivery note showing the purchase invoice details and specifying "defective product return" as the reason for return.
The product can be replaced no later than 8 days from the date of purchase, after which it must be returned to the customer for warranty repair.
The product is guaranteed for 12 months only for damage attributable to manufacturing defects.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and with the utmost care taken to avoid further damage during transport.

The service center will examine the product and assess the nature of the defect, authorizing a replacement if necessary. If no defects are found or the product is not under warranty (please note that the warranty is void if the products are clearly tampered with and/or have been affected by power surges, short circuits, etc.), the product will be returned to the customer at the assigned freight rate and a proper invoice will be issued for the hours spent on the inspection.
B) Product out of warranty
The product must be returned to the following address: Business Destination srl Corso Europa snc (at the WEB store) 95014 Giarre (CT).
It must be accompanied by a valid transport document showing the purchase invoice details, indicating "material for repair" as the reason for payment.

The service center will examine the defective product and prepare a repair estimate.
C) Important Notice - Damage during Transport
Any damage to the goods caused by the courier is not the company's fault.
To initiate any complaint, refund, or exchange procedure, you must sign with reservations upon delivery, clearly specifying any anomalies found on the package (for example, damaged, opened, crushed, or tampered with packaging).
Without a reservation, you will not be able to notify the courier of any damage to the goods or missing items inside the package.
We recommend carefully inspecting the condition of the package before accepting delivery and, if in doubt, always sign with reservations.
