Procedure for returning products

A) Product under warranty:

The return of the product must be made to the following address: Business Destination s.r.l. Viale delle Province n ° 70 / A 95014 Giarre (CT). It must be accompanied by a regular DDT that highlights the data of the purchase invoice, affixing the "defective product return" as the reason.
. The product can be replaced no later than 8 days from the date of purchase, after this deadline must be postponed by the customer for warranty repair.

The product is guaranteed for 12 months only for damages attributable to factory defects.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all the accessories supplied and paying close attention to the packaging, in order to avoid further damage during transport.

The service center will examine the product and evaluate the nature of the fault, authorizing any replacement.
If there are no defects or the product does not result in warranty (please note that the warranty expires if the products show evident tampering and / or have been affected by overvoltage, short circuit, etc.). The latter is returned to the customer in port assigned and a regular invoice is issued to charge the hours used for the verification.


B) Product out of warranty:

The return of the product must be made to the following address: Business Destination s.r.l. Viale delle Province n ° 70 / A 95014 Giarre (CT). It must be accompanied by a regular DDT which highlights the data of the purchase invoice, affixing the "material being repaired" as the reason.

The service center will examine the defective product and draw up a cost estimate for the repair.
