It can be used for any type of soldering work, tools, copper, tin, and other solderable metals.
- Establishes an electrically well-conductive weld connection between components and weld pads
- Solder paste is applied to the solder surfaces of printed circuit boards. The components to be soldered are then pressed into the paste on the PCB.
- The subsequent soldering process causes the solder paste particles to fuse with the circuits and contacts of the components.
- The melting process is facilitated by the flow that reduces surface tension.
