Can be used for any type of soldering work, tools, copper, tin, and other solderable metals.
- It establishes an electrically conductive solder joint between components and solder pads
- The solder paste is applied to the soldering surfaces of the printed circuit boards. The components to be soldered are then pressed into the paste on the PCB.
- The subsequent soldering process causes the solder paste particles to fuse with the circuits and component contacts.
- The melting process is facilitated by the flux, which reduces surface tension.
