Usage
- 1 Relax before taking the measurement; sit down
- 2 Palms facing up, position the cuff parallel to your heart
- 3 Keep your palms facing up; insert the tube parallel to the arteries
- 4 Wrap the cuff tightly around your arm in the opposite direction
- 5 Place a finger inside to check the correct position
- 6 Maintain a relaxed position with your palms facing up
